GHRH Receptor Agonism
Sermorelin is a synthetic analogue of the first 29 amino acids of growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH). It binds GHRH receptors in the pituitary gland to stimulate the synthesis and secretion of endogenous growth hormone.
